Character type: What if I want to use VEE and want to turn on the backlight from PIN15 and PIN16?
Generally speaking, if we use the VEE, than the PIN15 would become the VEE output. So we cannot use PIN15 and PIN16 as input for backlight. But if we put backlight jumper on J1, then J16 could use PIN16 to control the backlight. For details, please refer to the appendix.
