DESCRIPTION
WG12864C is a mono LCD graphic display 128x64 dot matrix module, diagonal size 2.7 inch. WG12864C model is built in with NT7108 controller or equivalent IC; it supports 6800 8-bit parallel interface. The WG12864C LCD display is 5V power supply; it’s also negative voltage 3.3V power supply optional. This graphic display 128x64 module is available for without backlight or with LED backlight options. WG12864C is available in various LED colors including yellow/green, blue, white, red, and RGB, etc. This model graphic LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
