DESCRIPTION
WG160128B is a monochrome graphic LCD 160x128 dot matrix display module which is having the module dimension of 129x102 mm and AA size of 95.96x75.76 mm. This WG160128B model is built in with RA6963 controller; it communicates via 8080 8-bit parallel interface; 5V power supply or 3.3V negative voltage optional. This lcd display 160x128 module is available for graphic mode or Character Generator mode (Character font) optional. It can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
