DESCRIPTION
WG16080D is a monochrome LCD 160x80 dot matrix display module which is having the module dimension of 93x70 mm and AA size of 66.17x33.57 mm; diagonal size 3 inch LCD Display. This WG16080D model is built in with RA6963 controller; it communicates via 8080 8-bit parallel interface; 5V power supply negative voltage . This module is available for graphic mode or Character Generator mode (Character font) optional. It can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
