WO240128B2型号是WO240128B COG LCD模块加上PCB板,显示由240x128点阵组成。 模块内建ST7586S控制IC,默认8-bit 6800并列接口,另可选择支持8080并列接口或4线SPI、3线SPI 9-bit串行接口。电源电压为3.3V,驱动方式为1/128 duty 1/12 bias。 WO240128B2的优点是模块加上PCB板并含有四个螺丝锁孔,外围电路均在PCB上设计,这使模块可以更简单更易于使用在客户的应用产品上。 此外,还有三种连接器间距大小可供选择,分别为预设2.54mm以及可选1.0mm、0.5mm。另外此型号还可以选择VDD 5V电源电压。
